Business Development Trainee Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Calling leads (calling on parent leads through your CRM - 60-75 leads daily)
2. Generating trial classes
3. Pitching to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial class
4. Taking counseling sessions and converting them
5. Conducting counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
6. Delivering sales pitches and converting cold leads into customers/partners
7. Closing the sale through smart and strategic approach
8. Generating revenue (3L+ per month)

Requirements:

1. Candidates must be "go-getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
2. Extremely passionate about business development, sales, and "starting up" in general
3. Willing to work in a start-up
4. A keen desire to drive business development/sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage start-up
5. An apparent founder's mindset i.e., a mindset where the person can own up business development/sales and shape it independently like a founder
6. Willing to work 6 days a week
