Business HR Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs
2. Work on aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, and enhancing staff performance
3. Work on supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes
4. Work on communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives
5. Work on adding value to overall business objectives with your experience, providing HR solutions
6. Work on resolving employee grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations
