1. Basic understanding of JavaScript, i-Frame, HTML, or HTML5.
2. Knowledge of setup and QA processes, including pixel tracking via console or third-party software.
3. Experience with DSP, Ad Exchange, Analytics, and DMP/CDP technologies.
4. Proficiency in ad servers such as DFA/DCM, MediaMath, TTD, and Amazon DSP.
5. Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, pivot charts, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
6. Solid understanding of the display advertising ecosystem.
7. Experience working with ad networks, exchanges, ad servers, rich media vendors, and RTB/programmatic buying is a plus.
8. Ability to coordinate with account managers, engineers, partners, and internal/onshore teams for display, video, and audio campaigns.
9. Familiarity with trafficking queues, build grids, delivery timelines, and reporting cycles within an ad operations context.
10. Responsible for detailed campaign execution and quality assurance during pre-launch, ensuring smooth onboarding of advertisers.
11. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Zendesk ticketing systems.
12. Comfortable communicating through various channels (email, chat) across different time zones.
13. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and advertiser accounts simultaneously.
14. Basic project management abilities and excellent communication skills.
15. 2–3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing operations or campaign management.
