Campus Recruitment Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise
2. Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer's brand
3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
4. Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including the number of candidates interviewed and hired
5. Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
6. Contact university career counsellors and provide informative materials about our internship programs
7. Design and place print ads on college campuses
8. Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
9. Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs
10. Work on building and maintaining good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
