1. Develop and implement strategies in alignment with program goals
2. Build relationships with local institutions to deliver the program effectively
3. Orient students about the program and counsel them on career guidance and its essential requirements
4. Deliver content and curriculum on Career Guidance & Counselling, Employability Skills, 21st Century Skills, and STEM along with assessments and reports
5. Assess strengths, skills, and aspirations to define clear career goals and offer guidance on career paths and skill development
6. Aid in resume and cover letter writing, conduct mock interviews, and facilitate networking strategies
7. Foster self-awareness and assist students in making informed decisions while addressing work-related challenges and transitions
8. Maintain ongoing communication to empower students to navigate the job market, enhance job satisfaction, and achieve their career aspirations
9. Work directly with 4-5 colleges at the district level to provide career coaching and support to nodal officers and faculty for systematic rollout of guidance and psychometric assessments
10. Ensure continued support and facilitation for implementation and monitoring of progress
Requirements:
1. Hold an advanced university degree in education, science & technology, or mathematics with at least 3 years of relevant experience
2. Demonstrate knowledge of technical aspects of similar programs and interventions
3. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and express ideas clearly in written and oral form
4. Possess basic digital skills including proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and E-learning platforms
5. Exhibit fluency in Hindi and English

1. Understand students' needs and concerns through active listening and empathy to provide personalized guidance
2. Maintain awareness of current job market trends, industry requirements, and career paths, particularly in STEM
3. Demonstrate proficiency in coaching techniques such as goal setting, motivational strategies, and skill assessment
4. Build trust, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong relationships with students to create a supportive career development environment
