Center Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Daily operation of a facility and business location
2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
3. Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction
4. Maintain all documents and prepare reports as required
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve results
6. Engage with parents and children both new and existing via phone calls, emails, and personal interaction
7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities via networking and social media and internet marketing
8. Plan and execute Troy Block events like Birthday parties, workshops, open play, and other events in multiple places with the help of volunteers
9. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
