About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Take detailed meeting notes and distribute them to relevant parties, ensuring action items are followed up on.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. Handle communication by screening calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for meetings, compiling necessary data and insights for the CEO.

3. Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.

4. Prior experience of 0-1 year with fluent English speaking and summary-making skills is preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
