About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Establish productive, professional relationships with assigned leads for partner onboarding
2. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner leads
3. Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs proactively on an ongoing basis
4. Convert leads to successful onboarding of channel partners into the system
5. Work on end-to-end onboarding of channel partners from initial conversation to agreement signing

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficient in communication, relationship building & negotiations
2. Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
3. Demonstrated sales success
4. Strong negotiation skills and strong communication and presentation skills
5. CRM experience is preferred
6. Being interested in mentoring students, having a knack for sales, and positioning an idea
7. Are available for full-time in-office employment (office location - Andheri, Mumbai)
8. Can work from the office and can join immediately
9. Comfortable with bringing your own device policy
