The role will focus on channel and customer acquisition for small business loans while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This requires ownership, proactiveness, and a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset. This role calls for versatile resources who have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo, and roll up their sleeves to achieve success.
Key responsibilities :
1. Acquire channels and partners like DSA, sub-distributors, distributors, micro and nano enterprises for distribution of business loan products
2. Manage distribution points to drive business and revenue outcomes
3. Execute on-ground marketing campaigns and activities aimed at customer acquisition
4. Ensure availability of adequate marketing collateral, like banners, pamphlets
5. Conduct customer information and demonstration activities, which are approved by the relevant stakeholders

1. Graduate with experience in setting up and managing distribution networks for business loans (secured and unsecured).
2. Associated with any NBFC/bank or aggregator
3. Strong understanding of the assigned market with an ability to deliver from day one
4. A proven sales record of 2+ years would be preferred

6. Persuasive, adaptable & innovative
7. People who own 2-wheelers will be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,50,000 /year
