In this finance/CA job, you will work independently and closely with the director and other team members to support the development and analysis of an upcoming manufacturing cluster.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of project reports and business models for setting up a new cluster manufacturing, considering all state and central government schemes, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis purposes
2. Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and financial performance
3. Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information required for business modeling and analysis
5. Analyze financial and non-financial data and provide recommendations for optimizing performance and reducing costs
6. Support in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
7. Survey all vendors and prepare and compile quotations for the purpose of the project report by calculating all financial, electrical, manpower, land area, and constructed area required for executing any manufacturing unit
Skills & Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Knowledge of business modeling techniques and software (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python)
4. Familiarity with financial statements and key financial metrics
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
