Job description

Preparation of pre-construction documents like feasibility reports, outline briefs, project execution plan, etc
End-to-end structure work from the foundation, structure design, quality check,
Coordination with internal team, contractors or subcontractors timely completion of the project.
Evaluating engineering drawings
Civil and interior finishing work
Reconciling measured quantities as per purchase order, built drawings
Execute documentation flow as per the chart provided
Coordinate change management
