About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on solutions and implementation, and provide support on the product to meet customer business needs
2. Dive into the existing product, understand the capabilities and flows thoroughly, and get a clear picture on what the product has to offer to the customers
3. Understand customer needs accurately and comprehend them, validate the need for building new solutions, test and deploy in stipulated timelines agreed upon with the customers
4. Work within the technology framework and the product guidelines to solve the right approach for the customers to ensure their needs are met with minimum or no customization to the product
5. Ensure their requirements and concerns are heard and well-coordinated internally
6. Track the progress by creating necessary tickets (either new enhancements or issues reported by customers) and follow up on them until they are brought to closure
7. Be face to the customer and provide a unified response back to the customer on behalf of the team
8. Collaborate with your manager and other members in the organization to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment

11. Should be an MBA/Engineering/BBA (in any discipline)

12. Exposure to software development (frontend/backend) will be an added advantage (not mandatory)

Salary

Annual CTC: 2 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
