Client Acquisition Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle in-office customer service, providing clients with detailed information about our services and products.
2. Conduct telecalling sales by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored design solutions.
3. Convert leads into successful sales by following up diligently and creating compelling pitches.
4. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, earning performance-based incentives on each sale.
6. Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities and client interactions.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
