Client Acquisition Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on engaging in SEO optimization, content marketing, and affiliate marketing
2. Perform all project tasks promptly, efficiently, and on schedule
3. Record in the timesheet daily and accurately (the time spent on each project and the corresponding brief memo)
4. Communicate clearly, accurately, and timely in writing and verbally with the clients
5. Prepare accurate project documents, understand and clearly explain to the property owner the content and purpose of the documents
6. Understand project plans and can clearly communicate to the clients in a simplified and creative manner
7. Report to the project manager regarding the status of the offer, make recommendations, and seek further guidance
8. Take part in negotiations with the clients
9. Prepares cost estimates based on market research completed
10. Review project plans or engineering drawings and coordinate with the project manager to obtain or prepare land exhibits
11. Submit case files to the project manager in a timely manner each month for review and/or as required
12. Close case files promptly and as required in an accurate manner
13. Travel to extended workplaces such as project sites and OPC office locations as required and directed
