Client Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communication & engagement:

1. Create compelling communication for projects
2. Prepare strategic communication and engagement plan for projects
3. Execute plan within expected time frame
4. Work with the marketing team to generate creatives
5. Measure and present results of engagement communication efforts
6. Set the timing of the release of communication to coordinate with engagement initiatives

2. Work on gamification set-up:

1. Work on project impact and performance reporting

3. Employee engagement :

1. Work on the creation of an employee engagement strategy and implementation plan (digital & physical)
2. Work on sending emailers to create employee engagement as required
3. Manage coordination with the team for running floor activities as part of employee engagement

4. Work on project management:

1. Work on account management
2. Work on end-to-end project management with the execution team

Skills required:

1. Ability to work collaboratively.
2. Team management skills
3. Good project and time management skills
4. MS Office proficiency
5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
6. Photoshop/Canva or any relevant tool knowledge
