1. Work on interacting with clients through telephone calls, video calls, email communications, and/or face-to-face meetings
2. Work on responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner and forwarding all assigned tasks to concerned personnel and maintaining constant follow ups till the task is completed
3. Inform and update the line manager/HOD of the status of accounts in the form of daily & weekly
4. Prepare presentations with inputs and briefs from the line manager/HOD for ideation prospects or new business pitches for existing or new clients
5. Prepare a calendar of activations for clients and manage the efficient completion of all to the standards set by the company
Required:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft service offerings Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
2. Working knowledge of design software, digital suites, etc would be good but not a prerequisite
