Client Engagement Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a pivotal point of contact for the training & placement department on behalf of the corporates
2. Resolve their queries while using the portal
3. Connect with the TPOs of colleges/universities across the country & pitch the relevant career opportunities of the clients for their students
4. Communicate with the internal & external stakeholders and ensure that the information is being communicated in a timely manner
5. Connect with colleges on a daily basis to solicit interest in accordance with clients' requirements
6. Assist engagement managers and the corporate engagement team in planning, scheduling, and executing recruitment drives and other campus activities
7. Ensure the recruitment drives or any college activities related to the platform are being effectively conducted
8. Ensure client satisfaction with the organization's products & services
9. Maintain high engagement levels with clients (placement team and students)
