Key responsibilities:

1. Act as point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly
2. Coordinate with various teams for the resolution of client escalations
3. Work on upselling & quality control among data systems
4. Provide actionable insights and sales to ops & product teams
5. Conduct ad-hoc and B2B sales analysis as needed to support business requirements and provide timely business insights
6. Conduct a profitability analysis
7. Work on bidding
