2. Deal with client queries promptly and professionally (telephone, email, letter, or other), answer these yourself where you can (and have agreed), and refer to colleagues where appropriate
3. Work on keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to deliver added value to client relationships
4. Work on ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence
5. Work on creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
6. Work on regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
7. Work on maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
8. Work on responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
