This is a permanent WFH opportunity with an occasional on-site visit.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients and thoroughly understand their communication requirements
2. Prepare and present well-structured creative briefs for copy & design teams
3. Handle client calls and emails, responding promptly & preparing documentation for meetings
4. Maintain comprehensive monthly/weekly job lists
5. Work closely with the project manager to monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
6. Oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans, to have a basic understanding of meta ads and Google ads
Requirements:
1. Good communication, social, and persuasive skills
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a client servicing/project manager associate
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
4. Work experience at a marketing/advertising agency is mandatory
5. Availability to join immediately
6. A bachelor's degree
7. A strong sense of responsibility
8. Understanding of advertising/digital marketing
9. Good logical reasoning skills
10. Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging times
11. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
