About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending all customer complaints during usage of the application via email, telephonic calls, WhatsApp
2. Sharing all product updates and new features with existing users
3. Giving good training to existing and new users joining the client company
4. Understanding new client requirements and suggest features in our software to meet the requirements
5. Conducting user acceptance testing of new versions before release
6. Preparing user manuals and training videos for existing users
7. Giving feedback to product and development for new features and enhancements

Well versed with MS Excel

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
