5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them stay ahead in their respective market segments
6. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports, highlighting the success and impact of advertising initiatives, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
7. Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's history, preferences, and needs, and leveraging this information to provide personalized service and drive client retention
