About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Building, managing & maintaining client relationships at mid-levels and throughout the organization
2. Coordinating with internal teams and understanding the brief given by the client
3. Understanding the timelines and aligning work between the internal teams
4. Identifying the severity/priority based upon the issue explained by the clients
5. Maintaining regular communication with clients to maintain a healthy client-agency relationship
6. Managing documentation of communication with clients on regular basis over email
7. Handling multiple things/projects at a time along with timely follow-ups

MS-Office Social Media Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Social Media Marketing

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

A mass media graduate (preferable)

An eye for detail along with a fair idea of giving creative feedback to the creative team

Computer savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent command of oral and written communication

The capability of dealing with tough clients

Ability to multitask on different projects and clients

Flexible to work in a 24/7/365 environment
