Client Servicing Executive Job

Job summary: From storyboards to sales drives, a client servicing executive is responsible to support the corporate sales team or business development teams in servicing accounts as soon as it comes to execution. Client servicing executive is often the primary point of contact for clients and ensures client satisfaction with the organization's product or service. One who connects the agency's creative efforts with that of the advertiser's need on social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, Google AdWords & more. One who does not shy away from brainstorming on both the edges of work. One who makes sure the requirements are met in a timely and service-oriented manner.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being customer-centric i.e. seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
2. Work in being a go-to-person who has all answers to queries regarding products/services, and processes and if required direct them to the account manager
3. Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/services
5. Maintain trackers, and reports for client interaction, product/ service usage, etc.
6. Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
