Client Servicing Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on taking the brief from the client and understanding their requirements thoroughly
2. Explaining requirements to team/vendor and getting the work executed
3. Ensuring proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
4. Seeking feedback from the client
5. Working on getting changes done as applicable
6. Staying updated about all work relating to the client
7. Maintaining proper follow-up with the executive (in-house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work
8. Working on getting the work emailed to clients in a proper format, and mailing reports, leads, etc. to clients when applicable
9. Identifying new opportunities for association with clients
10. Pitching the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business
11. Executing review meetings (on-call or on-site) with the client whenever required
12. Performing quality checks of work as per prescribed standard
13. Working on getting the work approved by seniors/concerned personnel before delivery
