We are looking for trained mentors skilled in arts, dance, public speaking, gymnastics/yoga.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with children (age 4-13 years)
2. Ensure a good learning curve as per the designed curriculum
3. Take up assigned weekly classes
4. Train a dynamic group in a variety of styles/techniques
5. Evaluate and give suggestions for improvement

Bloom is a soft skill platform for children, aiding holistic development from an early age. We see IQ and academics do provide the direction, but these are the soft skills that actually steer us forward. And the seed needs to be sown early because it becomes difficult to break the patterns in adulthood.
Also, when we say soft skills, it's not only confined to communication skills or personality development skills, as the general notion is. It's much more than that. It is the right thought process, attitude & approach to inculcation. We touch upon a suite of topics like empathy & compassion, negotiation skills, rationalizing ill feelings like envy, hate, self-doubt, comparisons, dealing with failures, facing challenges, relationship building, teamwork, money management, ownership, and others.
We teach soft skills aka life skills to children from an early age with the vision of making children future-ready, through our online and offline channels.
