Commercial Trainee/Accounts Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Logging of sales orders in Softcell's in-house order processing application
2. Creating daily inward material received/delivery reports
3. Understanding the GST & TDS applicability on transactions
4. Coordinating with internal teams from time to time in the sales, purchase, and commercial functions for sorting out issues and questions
5. Passing entries in Tally software and creating PIs
6. Filing of various documents in physical and digital form
7. Assisting in preparing and reconciling statements pertaining to debtors, creditors, and other ledgers from time to time
8. Creating MIS reports like billing reports, outstanding reports, collection reports, sales, and inventory reports, etc.
9. Working on any other commercial task assigned from time to time
