1. Developing a social media calendar for ADRA India and handling the organization s social media posts, engagement, and outreach activities
2. Supporting the development of A/V content including the annual report, quarterly newsletter, press releases, presentations, IEC material, videos, etc.
3. Designing reports, infographics, social media posts, banners, awareness materials, etc.
4. Traveling to project sites to capture stories, photographs, and videos, as and when required
5. Working closely with the program teams to effectively capture and document case stories, photographs, and videos
6. Building a centralized database of donors, stakeholders, media personnel, etc.
7. Collating and organizing all project pictures and videos, project data
8. Networking with media organizations and personnel for coverage of the organization s good practices and events
9. Supporting program teams with media outreach
10. Liaising with stakeholders and partners; effectively sharing reports, newsletters, and documents with stakeholders in a timely manner
11. Contributing to keeping ADRA s website up to date
12. Supporting in organizing events, webinars, etc.
13. Assisting the communications manager in training program teams on writing case stories, and capturing photos and videos of the project activities
14. Providing communications support to project teams
15. Handling any other job requirement, as and when arises
Requirements:
1. Master s degree in communications/development communications, journalism, development studies, or related field with minimum 3 years of work experience in communications
