The role of a community executive involves interacting with our tribe of #quirkheads (i.e. the wonderful people who love our craft)! As a community executive, you will be responsible to resolve queries received via our social handles, chat support, and email.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support customers via WhatsApp chat, social media DMs/comments, and emails
2. Provide guidance on designs to pair up with, availability of designs, or any other concern related to the purchase
3. Arrange reverse pickups for customers who would like to exchange/ return a specific design
4. Issue refunds/store credits as and when required
Requirements:
1. Fresher or an experienced professional in customer support (<1 yr)
2. Good spoken and written English
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
4. A positive attitude and the hunger to learn new skills and grow
