Key responsibilities:

1. Strategize on community outreach programs and plan polls, quizzes, interviews, webinars, and videos across all social and community mediums in coordination with the marketing team
2. Expand the company s brand outreach by engaging in various external communities
3. Work on monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels, retention, and growth metrics
4. Curate content aligned with short-term and long-term community growth goals
5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop styles and layouts for the community content in the pipeline
6. Stay up-to-date with industry-wide developments and trends across the globe in general

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
