About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Control & direct the personnel and activities of the organization's employees & departments
2. Work on adopting operational plans & carrying out performance evaluations every five days
3. Work on supervising all daily activities & reporting all daily activities to the head
4. Strive to keep the business productive, efficient, and organized at all times
5. Collaborate closely with staff members every day to monitor all the projects they perform & identify any potential areas for improvement
6. Work on holding frequent one-on-one meetings with staff members to provide advice & guidance & on how to improve in their roles
7. Make sure team members have the tools they need to do their jobs well
8. Help with the compilation of monthly, quarterly & annual reports
9. Collect financial & operational data

Who can apply:

1. Experience: 3-5 years
2. Have a laptop

Note:

1. Working Days - Monday to Saturday
2. Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
