Required minimum graduate degree
Good English communication skills - both verbal and written
Familiarity with US collections & compliance standards, data security, and government acts such as FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, SCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA, as well as knowledge of federal laws and regulations, would be an added advantage
Flexibility to work in different shift timings, work for extended hours, and work on holidays (if required)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results as per TAT
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
