About the job

Key responsibilities includes:

1. Develop software and tools, providing hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud services.
2. Build automation using industry-standard tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Terraform, and Spinnaker for service deployment.
3. Coordinate release cycles, deploy code, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and monitor service updates.
4. Design and implement plans to enhance the security, availability, and reliability of services.
5. Identify single points of failure and other architectural risks; propose and execute resilient solutions.
6. Detect system bottlenecks and recommend effective resolutions to maintain high availability.
7. Participate in on-call rotations, drive incident resolutions, and contribute to postmortem analyses.
8. Improve operational efficiency by defining clear requirements and optimizing system resource usage.
9. Promote SRE principles and guide development teams to build highly reliable services.
10. Develop automation and tools to boost team productivity and service reliability.

1. have minimum 3 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or in Cloud engineering.

2. Strong background in automation and tool development.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in building Cloud services and distributed systems, including deployment, monitoring, scaling, and debugging.

4. Proficiency in working across multi-cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.

5. Programming experience with Go, Python, or JavaScript.

6. Demonstrated ability to design resilient, high-efficiency, scalable solutions.

7. Enthusiastic about working with a diverse range of services and technologies.

8. Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.

9. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Splunk, or Prometheus is a plus.
