About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the crew help desk and providing resolutions to the crew
2. Establishing communication with the absconding or not reachable crew
3. Updating and resolving deployer tickets assigned to them within defined TAT
4. Working on crew emergency contact verification
5. Conforming to proposed TI by taking crew availability
6. Scheduling and confirming RE-TI by taking crew availability
7. Updating contact centre activities in deployer/recruiter
8. Providing training to crew on mobile app timesheet functionality
9. Ensuring crew fill their monthly timesheets via mobile app and resolving crew queries
10. Reporting and coordinating with the technology team for issues faced by the crew in the timesheet
11. Scheduling HSE call by taking crew availability
12. Collecting crew vaccination status from Indian crew and nudging them to get vaccinated
13. Sending out bulk email and WhatsApp messages to the crew
14. Scheduling and monitoring Cisco WebEx call
