Key responsibilities:

1. Attend inbound and outbound calls
2. Provide relevant and accurate information and resolve queries in the first call
3. Keep records of customer interactions
4. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates
2. Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of call center experience
3. Excellent communication in English and Hindi
