About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives
2. Stay up to date on social media trends and come up with content ideas and inspiration
3. Create visually stunning content that is engaging and relevant to Gen Z for platforms like Instagram, YouTube & more using editing tools like Canva, Inshot, etc.
4. Act in front of the camera for short videos (reels, shorts, photoshoots, etc.) and be comfortable with performing & emoting in front of the camera
5. Write scripts for videos/content and be fluent in spoken and written English
6. Have a strong sense of style and a passion for fashion

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field

Freshers from unrelated fields are also welcome if they are fashion creators or influencers with a following

Strong visual design skills with expertise in Canva, Inshot, and other editing tools

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English

Experience in photography and video production is a plus

Passion for thrifting and a strong interest in the Gen Z market

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
