Cloth Trails India is an IIM alumnus start-up into sustainable clothing, backed by private investors. The entity owns two clothing brands 'Coco Oosh!' for children and 'Pali' for adults. Coco Oosh! is a kid's brand that makes contemporary clothes from handwoven & handcrafted fabrics across the country. Pali is its adult counterpart, with an exclusive collection of work & leisurewear in natural fabrics. Our internationally-recognized designers make classic-chic garments, keeping design & comfort foremost in mind.

The main focus for us is to combine traditional weaving techniques with modern dressing, thereby popularizing Indian Handloom across the world and passing on India's rich textile legacy to the future generation. About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on the execution of tie-ups with new e-commerce marketplaces
2. Handling listing and maintenance of products across all e-commerce portals (own website as well as other marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
3. Managing and executing daily orders
4. Handling customer queries and resolutions, including returns & refunds
5. Preparing sales and inventory records
6. Handling technical downtime on the platforms, such as payment gateway issues, international shipments, etc.
