1. Manage & grow business through e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. and help develop the brand's website
2. Add new E-Commerce marketplaces for online sales and brand visibility
3. List products regularly on e-commerce platforms to maintain a healthy and growing catalog size as per required standards (A+ content) and optimize existing listings
4. Manage live catalogs for regular updation of price, stock, etc.
5. Run online promotions (ad campaigns) on e-commerce channels
6. Maintain superior account health across e-commerce portals
7. Work on inventory & stock management
8. Work on returns & claims management across e-commerce platforms
9. Manage the agencies/teams involved for the robust workflow of the brand on all E-Commerce platforms
10. Work on reconciling payments
11. Optimise ads daily
12. Work on preparing regular weekly/monthly sales & inventory reports
13. Work on competitive analysis of peers among all e-commerce channels
14. Work on business planning for each month
15. Work on ads conversion ROI and suggest a strategy for better ROI
16. Work with the founder on Amazon Launchpad Program and maintain the account metrics accordingly
