1. Maintain relationships with existing assigned partners and source relevant new partners to achieve the defined business objectives
2. Initiate, develop and maintain a relationship with partners
3. Drive the partnership objectives which include visibility, new customer acquisition, and repeat business from customers
4. Ensure that the assigned targets are met by creating a healthy pipeline of partners through proactive sourcing of partners and maintaining relationships with them
5. Work on delivery of assigned projects
6. Liaison with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
7. Manage the partner relationship for cataloging, sales generation, and operations for online marketplaces (Amazon, Indiluxe, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, etc.) and online multi-brand stores (Pernias Pop Up, Aashni and Co, Ogaan, etc.)
8. Prospect and onboard the brand on various online marketplaces and multi-brand online stores to generate incremental sales
9. Manage and drive the revenue of assigned partner business in the e-commerce division
10. Build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities in line with targets
11. Work with internal paid marketing teams on planning and implementing the monthly/quarterly performance marketing calendar to drive traffic to the online store and meet traffic and conversion goals ultimately resulting in incremental sales
12. Identify and open new accounts/platforms to add to the incremental business, while managing the current partners
13. Work with internal and external operations teams to ensure listing, product alignment, pricing, and deals on a regular basis for the assigned accounts
14. Handle the reconciliation coordination to ensure the overall management of the key accounts
15. Track the movement of online trends in the industry and segment
16. Work with internal merchandising team on ensuring operations efficiency, timely dispatches, and returns management
17. Work with the legal and finance team in onboarding contract management for various online stores and marketplaces
18. Work with internal accounts and finance teams to deliver weekly reporting of business performance from the online channel
