Content Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
2. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
3. Create and publish engaging content
4. Edit, proofread, and improve writers posts
5. Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
6. Optimize content according to SEO
7. Utilize content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
8. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
9. Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board
10. Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
11. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience s attention

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a content manager
2. Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress
3. Familiarity with social media
4. Excellent writing skills in English
5. Attention to detail
6. Good organizational and time-management skills
