Key responsibilities:

1. Work to research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)

3. Assist with preparing well-structured drafts using a structured approach

11. Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
12. Work to ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
13. Assist with updating website content as needed
