Content Writer Fresher Job

The content king or queen must have an understanding of content marketing for creative agencies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on coordinating with the marketing team and senior management for sales and marketing content planning
2. Provide proofreading, editing, and writing support for English language proposals and other sales pursuit documents
3. Ensure all work is completed to project specifications in accordance with editorial guidelines
4. Deliver creative storytelling support for projects such as video scripting, significant rewriting of content, infographic creation, etc.
5. Collaborate with creative colleagues such as designers and researchers to develop materials
6. Write multiple paragraphs based on the content and constraints provided
7. Understand project needs for rewriting the tasks (it involves formality rewriting, formal to informal as well as informal to formal)
8. Proofread, check, and maintain high-quality news/blogs/articles/email automation content consistently
9. Work on peer audits as a part of the process model and assist in training documents as per need
10. Communicate and coordinate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement
11. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members
12. Adhere to the client s procedures, policies, and guidelines
13. Ensure all KPI-related tasks are followed & adhered to avoid business impact

Requirements:

1. Native level of fluency in English with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a business or creative writer
2. Digital marketing or advertising agency-level experience is a plus
3. Hands-on experience with paraphrasing tools like Quilbot and Grammarly
4. Ability to deliver unique content quickly, accurately, and manage deadlines
5. Strong storytelling experience and deep familiarity with editorial guidelines
6. Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a comparable discipline
7. A high level of competence with G-sheets and PPTs
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
9. Ability to work independently
