College students who can work part time for at least 20 hours per week
Have the drive to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with a ‘can do attitude’
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in MS-Office and managing social media handles
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
Interested in leadership/people development and some training/immersion in performing arts
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 75%
2. Variable component: 25%
