1. Research and write original content for information and preparation material related to school boards (all-India and state), govt vacancies (UPSC, banking, teaching, etc.), and professional (JEE, NEET, CAT, CLAT, etc.) exams
2. Create academically useful content which helps the users find answers to their questions/solutions to their exam-related problems
3. Write SEO-friendly content which ranks high in search results and gets website traffic
4. Work closely with the SEO and social media team to ensure the amplification of the content
Skills & requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience as a content writer or subject matter expert, preferably in an education portal or education beat of a media house
2. Excellent command of the English language (command over Hindi is preferable though not mandatory) and top-notch writing skills
3. Understanding of the education and test prep industry in India, esp govt jobs prep and professional exam prep
4. Graduate or postgraduate in life Sciences or mathematics will be preferred
5. Prior experience in digital media and exposure to CMS will be a plus
