1. Develop creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in line with current media trends
2. Write persuasively and in some cases, take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard
3. Research and familiarize with clients' products and services, the target audience, competitors' activities, and campaign objectives
4. Inculcate a proper tone, feeling, sentence structure, and emotion in the copy
5. Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the visuals and words with other members of the creative team
6. Check all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice
7. Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
8. Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
