About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate RSVPs and guest communication for curated events
2. Make professional follow-up calls and send email confirmations
3. Maintain accurate records of responses and guest details in the CRM
4. Uphold the brand's warm and premium tone in all guest interactions
5. Support the event team with logistics and coordination as needed
6. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
7. Show strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
8. Manage multitasking, stay organized, and handle VIP communication smoothly
9. Bring experience in events, hospitality, or client-facing roles
