Your day to day responsibilities would include:
1. Reach out to recruiters with entry-level jobs and internships and convert them as paying customers on Internshala
2. Pitch different Internshala products such as discounts, subscription plans, bulk plans, etc. to recruiters
3. Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Internshala
4. Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimising the product and services
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
