Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, engaging them in professional and persuasive conversations to generate leads and close sales
2. Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
3. Build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
4. Showcase product knowledge and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings
5. Utilize various sales techniques and persuasive strategies to overcome objections and convert leads into sales
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and communications in the CRM system
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, consistently striving for high levels of performance and revenue generation
8. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company objectives
9. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers
10. Engage with potential customers through social media platforms, responding to inquiries and promoting our products/services effectively
Who can apply:
1. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a telephonic or remote sales environment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers through various communication channels
3. Strong sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and a drive for achieving targets and generating revenue
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, telephonic sales tools, email platforms, and social media platforms for sales purposes
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
6. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
7. Adaptable and flexible, willing to learn and embrace new technologies and strategies in the remote sales landscape
8. Familiarity with the products/services being offered and the ability to quickly learn and understand new offerings
