1. Graduate with good academic scores

2. Anyone interested in sales (voice process)

3. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Good interpersonal skills, and numerical and analytical ability

6. Good decision-making skills

7. Proficiency in English & Hindi mandatory + Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu preferred

8. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

9. Should be flexible for the day shift (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)

10. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the days off will be on weekdays
