Graduate with good academic scores
Anyone interested in sales (voice process)
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, and numerical and analytical ability
Good decision-making skills
Proficiency in English & Hindi mandatory + Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Should be flexible for the day shift (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the days off will be on weekdays
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
