About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle tours and queries of local places
2. Explain the tour itinerary and FQAs to the client in a persuasive manner, and earn the clients' confidence and trust
3. Work on emailing details and do a timely follow-up to ensure closure
4. Coordinate with clients for booking, payment, and flight/hotel, as required
5. Build relationships and confidence with regular clients
6. Contribute to the knowledge base and sales/marketing material development

Required:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Good basic knowledge of computer
